Questions we hear often
I'm worried my questions are too basic.
This is the single most common thing we hear. The people asking "basic" questions are usually the ones who've been in rooms where no one was brave enough to admit what they didn't know. We prefer the question over the silence, every time.
Do I need to know what I want before I reach out?
No. Most first conversations start with "I'm not sure exactly what I need, but..." and that's a fine sentence to start with. Part of the first call is us helping you figure out the shape of what you're looking for.
How confidential is this?
Completely. Nothing you share leaves the firm. We don't record calls without permission, we don't use client work in marketing without explicit sign-off, and for Nexo Personal engagements we'll sign an NDA on the first session if you'd like.
Do you work in English? In Spanish?
Both, fluently and natively. Our written materials, workshops, and coaching sessions are available in either language, and for teams with mixed backgrounds we'll run things bilingually without skipping a beat.
Are you remote, in person, or both?
Both. We're based in Madrid and Valencia and we travel for engagements anywhere in Spain. For coaching and smaller workshops, video works beautifully. For anything involving a team in a room, we'd rather be there.
Can you send a proposal without a call first?
We'd rather not. Every engagement is shaped around the specific person and context. The free 30 minutes replaces the generic proposal, and it's usually faster.
